Harris Invictus Academy Croydon Celebrates Another Year of Outstanding Sixth Form Results

We are thrilled to be celebrating another exceptional year of Sixth Form success at Harris Invictus Academy Croydon, as our students once again demonstrate the excellence, ambition, and resilience that define the Invictus spirit. This year's results have seen many of our students secure places at prestigious universities, including King’s College London, the University of Sussex, and Queen Mary University of London.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to all our students for their incredible achievements and express our deepest gratitude to our dedicated staff, whose unwavering commitment and support have made these outcomes possible.

This year:

  • 27% of students achieved A-B grades* across all A Level subjects, with particularly strong performance in History, Mathematics, Art and Design, Government and Politics, and Sociology.
  • In vocational subjects, an impressive 46% of students achieved A-B equivalent grades*, with exceptional outcomes in Sport and Business.

Among this year’s top achievers:

  • Tamjid Rahman is celebrating phenomenal results, achieving A*AA in Biology, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Tamjid received three offers to study Medicine and has chosen to accept a place at the prestigious Queen Mary University.
  • Priya Thakor will also be studying Medicine at the Kings College London after achieving AAB in Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology.
  • Fatima Ali secured a place in the highly competitive field of Dental Therapy and Hygiene at King’s College London, having achieved BBB in Biology, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
  • Piotr Janczak achieved an outstanding A*BBB in Polish, Economics, Geography, and Sociology, and will be progressing to University College London to begin a highly competitive course in Urban Planning and Real Estate.

Dougal Scott, Head of Academy, shared:

“This has been another year of fantastic and continually improving results for the Sixth Form at Harris Invictus. The hard work, ambition, and perseverance of our students have truly paid off, and we are incredibly proud of their achievements.

It is especially exciting to see so many students securing places at top universities and on highly competitive courses—including three students who are the first in our school’s history to go on to study Medicine. These results are a powerful testament to the resilience and drive of our students, and a clear reflection of our academy’s motto: ‘We Know. We Can. We Will.’”

Congratulations once again to the Class of 2025—we can’t wait to see what you do next.
