YEAR 10
From Monday 17 June to Friday 28 June, all Year 10 students will be sitting their summer assessments. Students will attend all lessons as normal, unless they have an assessment at that time and assessments will take place during the normal academy day, in AM and PM sittings.
For the full exam/assessment timetable see the link below. Students will receive an additional personalised timetable that includes the subjects and tiers, they will be sitting.
The end of year assessments are a very important stage in your child’s education. This assessment will give us a clear indication of their progress to date, where we will be able to get an idea of the grades students are working at, as well as what gaps in knowledge they might have, which we can look to close.
I would encourage you to ensure they revise thoroughly before the exams so they can achieve the best outcome possible. Please refer to the revision lists, click.
All students are expected to arrive and attend tutor time at 8:30 am and come fully prepared, including; bringing all writing and specialist equipment. All examination regulations in relation to mobile phones, other electronic devices and conduct must be adhered to during these assessments. Students will be removed from assessments if they fail to follow these rules.
We will provide end of year reports for all Year 10 students to feedback on their performance in these final assessments and these should be with you by the end of the Academic year.
Please contact subject teachers for any questions or queries.
